(Linthicum, MD and Miramar, FL)  – CU Business Capital, LLC (CUBC), in partnership with State Employees Credit Union of Maryland (SECU), conducted a successful small business training program.  The one day class was focused on:

• Deposit products
• Cash management services
• Business development/relationship building techniques

SECU’s Business Services Team had the following to say about the training, “Holly Ryan recently provided Business Services sales training to 56 SECU staff members, including branch managers, assistant managers, FSC’s (Financial Services Consultants), Contact Center reps, Marketing, Lending and other support staff.  Participants were very pleased with the practical advice Holly offered.  They found her recommendations to be very credible based on her substantial years of personal experience in developing small business at several financial institutions prior to joining CUBC.  Participants were encouraged by the fact that she had walked in their same shoes and had achieved personal success using the techniques she was recommending.”
